The woman behind the brand

I’m Rashika Craft, but everyone calls me Shika.

I’m a content creator, serial entrepreneur, and community builder passionate about helping women navigate motherhood, business, and real life with confidence and clarity.

My entrepreneurial journey started early and has evolved into building and leading multiple brands rooted in creativity, strategy, and service. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Grambling State University and am a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. My background blends structure and creativity, which shows up in how I build businesses and share content.

Over the years, I’ve built ventures across food, media, and marketing, including Sweetie Sweets, where I work as a professional cake artist, and Black Book Houston, a platform dedicated to amplifying and supporting Black-owned businesses through visibility, resources, and community. Through these brands and my digital presence, I’ve helped connect businesses to audiences, create meaningful partnerships, and tell stories that resonate.

While my career continues to grow, one of my most meaningful roles is motherhood. Becoming a mom reshaped how I view success, balance, and purpose. Today, my content reflects real-life experiences, the wins, the lessons, and the behind-the-scenes moments of building a life that feels aligned, not just impressive.

Here, you’ll find honest conversations about motherhood, practical business insight, and lifestyle inspiration rooted in authenticity, not perfection. Whether you’re here to learn, feel seen, or collaborate, my goal is to create space for growth, connection, and possibility.

Welcome; I’m glad you’re here.
