Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to book a breastfeeding consultation with me. Please read the following policy carefully before securing your appointment: 📅 Booking Requirements: All consultations must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed and will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis. ⏰ Late Policy: You have a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your session will be marked as a no-show, and a new appointment must be scheduled. No time will be added to your consultation if you arrive late. 🔁 Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. To reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact me directly. ❌ No-Show & Cancellation Policy: Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows. 💸 No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of this service and the time reserved specifically for you, all bookings are non-refundable. Please be sure of your availability before confirming your appointment. By booking your session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
